Residential Renovation, London, 2015. The Edwardian property lies within Park Langley Conservation Area. The estate was first developed in the 1900’s on the historic Langley Park Estate by H & G Taylor Builders. The initial phase (1909–1913) was laid out under the influence of the garden city movement with individual houses in a generous sylvan landscape setting.
